Porter Hill Academy of Arts and Sciences is led by educators and professionals who bring experience from education, leadership, technology, student support, and other professional fields. Together, they are responsible for maintaining the academic, operational, and cultural life of the school.

Our leadership structure is designed to keep the academy’s mission, academic expectations, student experience, and day-to-day operations connected across a fully online K–12 environment.

Mr. Glenn’s career spans educational and community-based settings, including schools, in-home support, and residential treatment facilities, where he has served as a behavioral specialist and coach.

At Porter Hill Academy of Arts and Sciences, his responsibilities include supporting academic coherence, helping faculty carry the school’s mission into practice, and contributing to an enrollment experience that reflects both high expectations and genuine care for students and families.

Mr. Juma brings professional experience in civil engineering, site inspection, and project oversight, including monitoring highway construction projects to ensure that safety requirements, quality standards, and technical specifications were consistently upheld.

How leadership works together

Governance at Porter Hill Academy of Arts and Sciences is carried out through a coordinated administrative structure. The Head of School provides institutional oversight and mission alignment; the Principal leads the daily academic life of the school; and directors provide leadership within their respective academic and operational areas.

This structure is intended to keep decisions close to the work they affect while maintaining clear responsibility for academic quality, student support, enrollment, technology, and school operations.
