Mrs. Aliyah Porter-Low brings expertise in curriculum development, teaching, and leading educational teams. She is a Ph.D. candidate in General Psychology, with an emphasis on the integration of psychology, education, and technology, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to both teaching and leadership. She holds an M.A. in Education and a B.A. in English from National University. At Porter Hill Academy of Arts and Sciences, her responsibilities include ensuring coherence across all academic and operational functions, instilling the mission and vision throughout the school community, and maintaining the functionality of the institution. She ensures that students, faculty, and courses uphold and actively support the academy’s values and goals.Mission & Philosophy:

Mr. Conner, A.S Computer and Information Sciences
Director of IT

Mr. Conner Low holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences and is finalizing coursework toward a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems. He brings expertise in instructional technology, systems administration, and IT integration within education. His qualifications are complemented by self-taught interests in software development, systems optimization, and the practical application of technology to education.At Porter Hill Academy of Arts and Sciences, his responsibilities include overseeing the academy’s technology infrastructure, ensuring operational functionality, and supporting coherence across all digital platforms. He works closely with faculty and administration to align technology resources with the mission and vision of the school, while safeguarding the integrity and accessibility of academic systems.

Mr. Glenn Porter, B.A Sociology

Mr. Glenn Porter is a Marine Veteran who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from San Diego State University. His career spans diverse educational and community-based settings, including schools, in-home support, and residential treatment facilities as a behavioral specialist and coach. At Porter Hill Academy of Arts and Sciences, his responsibilities include ensuring academic coherence, supporting faculty in delivering the school’s mission, and fostering a culture of high expectations and genuine care for every student.Mission & Philosophy:

Mr. Mwalimu, B.S. Civil Engineering

Mr. Zuberi holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and brings professional experience in site inspection, building design, surveying, and project supervision. Mrs. Rachel
Bible Studies Instructor
Biography
Mrs. Rachel has devoted her life to teaching God’s Word and guiding others in their walk with Christ. She has led Bible studies for both youth and adults, helping believers of all ages grow in knowledge of Scripture and in their daily practice of faith. As a homeschooling mother, she brings the same dedication to her own children’s discipleship, weaving biblical truth into every lesson and moment of instruction.
