Porter Hill Academy of Arts and Sciences is led by educators and professionals whose work spans academic leadership, curriculum, technology, student support, enrollment, and school operations.

Mrs. Aliyah Porter-Low
Founder & Head of School
Mrs. Aliyah Porter-Low brings experience in curriculum development, teaching, online education, and educational team leadership, together with a multidisciplinary perspective shaped by doctoral work at the intersection of psychology, education, and technology.
As Founder and Head of School, she provides institutional leadership across academic and operational functions, carries the academy’s mission into schoolwide decision-making, and works to keep programs, faculty, student experience, and school systems aligned with the academy’s purpose.

Classical education should awaken a lasting love of learning. Grounded in a biblical worldview, it unites the arts and sciences with the truth of the Gospel to cultivate academic excellence, moral virtue, and reverence for God’s design for family and community.
Mrs. Kiarra
Principal
Mrs. Kiarra brings a strong commitment to academic excellence and to the transformative power of classical learning. Her work reflects a respect for enduring educational traditions and the role they can play in shaping thoughtful, capable students.
As Principal, she guides the daily academic life of the school, supports faculty, and helps ensure that instruction reflects the academy’s mission and academic expectations. Her work centers on maintaining a school culture that supports intellectual growth, responsibility, virtue, and thoughtful engagement with the world.

Mr. Glenn
Director of Academics & Enrollment
Mr. Glenn’s career spans educational and community-based settings, including schools, in-home support, and residential treatment facilities, where he has served as a behavioral specialist and coach.
As Director of Academics & Enrollment, he supports academic coherence, helps faculty carry the academy’s expectations into practice, and contributes to an enrollment experience that is clear, organized, and responsive to students and families.

Mr. Mwalimu
Director of Curriculum & Instruction
Mr. Mwalimu brings professional experience in civil engineering, site inspection, and project oversight, including monitoring highway construction projects to ensure that safety requirements, quality standards, and technical specifications were consistently upheld.
At Porter Hill Academy of Arts and Sciences, he brings a strong commitment to organization, precision, responsibility, and high standards. His work supports an academic environment in which students are expected to think critically, work with purpose, and develop skills that prepare them for future study and professional life.

Mr. Conner
Math Instructor & Director of Information Technology
Mr. Conner brings experience in instructional technology, systems administration, and technology integration within education, complemented by self-directed work in software development and systems optimization.
At Porter Hill Academy of Arts and Sciences, he teaches mathematics and oversees the academy’s technology infrastructure. He supports reliable digital operations and works with faculty and administration to keep school systems accessible, organized, and aligned with instructional needs.
